Welcome To The 1745 Jacobite Society Home Page The mission of the 1745 Jacobite Society is to preserve Celtic(Scottish), and British(English) history and culture of the Jacobite era. We share such history through demonstrations at Highland Games, French and Indian War reenactments, American War of Independence reenactments, and educational functions. The society is focused towards the Jacobite and English history of 1745 to 1781. |

Williams, Arizona May 17, 2008 Prescott Highland Games The 1745 Jacobite Society will be hosting the blackpowder demonstrations and present living history of the period. http://www.prescottareacelticsociety.com/ November 8-9, 2008 22nd Annual Tucson Celtic Festival and Highland Games More information when it becomes available. http://www.tucsoncelticfestival.org/ July 19 - 20, 2008 Arizona Highland Celtic Festival Foxglenn Park Flagstaff, Arizona Northern Arizona Celtic Heritage Society The 1745 Jacobite Society will again be hosting the blackpowder demonstrations along with the Highland Rogues and His Brittanic Majesty King George II'nds Forces. Living history demonstrations will also be presented. November 21-22-23, 2008 American Heritage Festival Queen Creek, Arizona We Make History Revolutionary War through WWll reenactments. Some members of the 1745 Jacobite Society will participate with His Brittanic Majesty King George III Royal Forces and/or Patriot (Rebel) Forces during the American Colonial Uprising battle tactical demonstrations.
The 1745 Jacobite Society is currently seeking recruits for the upcoming reenacting season. If you are interested in becoming a living historian or reenactor please feel free to contact us. Anyone interested in our time period is welcome. |

Becoming A Member The 1745 Jacobite Society is one of the few Scottish/English societies that does not require Clan affiliation, Rank, Title, or Scottish/English ancestry. www.groups.msn.com/1745jacobitesociety Flagstaff, Arizona 86001 Individual- 25.00 The dues go towards obtaining and maintaining required insurance for our reenactors.
